Product description

FINEAMIN 39F is a film-forming, amine-based, all-organic, water treatment chemical for steam boilers, made to control scale and corrosion in the entire system (feed water, boiler water, steam / condensate). FINEAMIN 39 protects the whole water-steam cycle by acting as a barrier between water (dissolved oxygen and carryover) and metallic, interior surfaces of boiler and pipes.

The chemical was developed especially with food and beverage industry in mind, and in conformity with both NSF G7 and NSF G6 protocols, being suitable for direct contact of the process steam with the food product.

FINEAMIN 39F is mainly used for general boiler feed water conditioning, boilers up to 100 bar. It is NSF certified (G6) for direct contact between treated steam and finished food (or beverage) product. It also complies with the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and all applicable food additive regulations, including applications described in FDA 21 C.F.R. Section 173.310 (‘Boiler water additives’), the concentration of cyclohexylamine being less than 10ppm in steam.

Produced according to the ISO 9001:2015 certificate rule (N° CH07/0061).

The component ingredients for FINEAMIN 39F are raw materials FDA compatible and NSF approved for food industry, while the product itself is readily biodegradable with a biodegradability rate of more than 90%.
